Dale Xu

Dale is a structural engineer and his New Zealand experience started in 2018. After first graduating from the University of Auckland in 2016, he spent three months on site as a quality assurance engineer, supervising the construction of a major project in Auckland CBD before stepping into the consulting office. In 2018, Dale returned to the University of Auckland to complete his masters degree specializing in building seismic design, and gained a solid understanding of the structural engineering fundamentals. Dale has been involved in a huge variety of development projects nationwide including residential, commercial, education and health care facilities, and is experienced in structural design of precast and insitu reinforced concrete, structural steel, cold-formed steel, engineered timber, structural insulated panels, and aluminium structural elements.
