Alan Mileham

Alan Mileham is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality management and business improvement, currently serving as the Innovation and Improvement Manager at Babcock International Group since January 2023. Previously, Alan held various pivotal roles at Rolls-Royce from 1997 to 2023, including Quality Manager and Business Improvement Leader, where responsibilities spanned quality metrics, auditing, supply chain management, and the implementation of lean methodologies.
