Collette Mcmullen

Collette was appointed as Chief of Staff in June 2021 to support the CEO on a day to day basis. Collette has a broad understanding of the business and deep experience of the Chief of Staff role, having previously held this position for a number of years in the Nuclear and Aviation sectors. She joined Babcock in 2009 following a commercial career in the nuclear industry with the UKAEA.
