Dave Winchcombe

Dave Winchcombe is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Programme & Exchange Manager at Babcock International Group, since November 2022, Dave has previously held positions such as Engineering PMO Lead and Engineering Project Manager within the same organization. Experience at the UK Ministry of Defence from September 2019 to October 2022 included roles as Mechanical Engineer and Graduate Engineer. Additional roles encompassed Mechanical Engineer at Princess Yachts and Watersports Instructor at Center Parcs UK. Early career experiences include a Year in Industry position at Mira Showers and work experience as a Structural Engineer at Arup on the Canary Wharf Crossrail Project. Dave holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical (Product Design Engineering) from Swansea University and completed secondary education at Dauntsey's School.
