Monica McGinley

Monica McGinley is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Presently serving as a Communications Business Partner at Babcock International Group since January 2025, Monica previously held the position of Communications Manager at Network Rail from December 2021 to January 2025, following a role as Communications Executive (Media) with the same company. In addition, Monica was Communications and Engagement Business Partner at Silverline Care from June 2018 to December 2021, where efforts included developing marketing strategies and enhancing customer experience amidst company growth. Earlier career experiences encompass positions at Ink Aviation, Newsquest as Chief Reporter, Wyvex Media Limited as Senior Reporter, and Dukascopy Bank SA as Senior Broadcast Journalist. Monica holds an NCTJ qualification in Multimedia Journalism from the Press Association and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Strathclyde.
