Victoria Baxter

Victoria Baxter has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the aviation, engineering, training, and defense sectors at Babcock International Group since April 2013. Holding various director-level roles, including HR Director and Organisation & Development Director, Victoria has demonstrated a strong capability in managing HR operations and talent development. Prior to that, Victoria served as HR & Talent Development Manager and HR Manager within the organization from 2005 to 2013. Victoria holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Teesside University.
