Victoria Butterworth Fcipd

Victoria Butterworth FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people strategy, primarily with Babcock International Group since 2014. Currently serving as HR Director for People Strategy and Projects in the Marine division, Victoria has also held roles including HR Business Partnering Lead and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Babcock, Victoria worked as a Human Resources Business Partner in Australia and New Zealand, and gained foundational experience at Hays as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Plymouth.
