Cecilia Sebastiani

Cecilia Sebastiani has a strong background in engineering with experience in research and development roles in various companies. Currently working as a Product Technology & Innovation Manager at Babcock Wanson Italiana, Cecilia previously held positions such as R&D Engineer at Comenda Ali SpA and Research and Development Engineer at ALI Group S.p.A. With a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, Cecilia is also pursuing an Executive Master in Management - Innovation at POLIMI Graduate School of Management. Additionally, Cecilia has been involved in research projects as an Early Stage Researcher at Technische Universität München and Mueller-BBM, specializing in aeroacoustics and flow dynamics.
