Ibrahim Ahmad

Ibrahim Ahmad is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer experience management, photography, content strategy, and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Babel Street since May 2024, Ibrahim founded Ibby Photo in February 2017, specializing in matrimonial, lifestyle, and sports photography, while also working as a Content Strategist for giantkiller.co. Ibrahim's previous roles include Junior Customer Success Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Help Desk Support Specialist at Meridian Knowledge Solutions, as well as various technical and media coordination positions at Apple and the Central Basketball Association. Ibrahim holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from George Mason University.
