Veronique Neuve Eglise serves as the Chargée de mission RSE & Qualité at Babilou Family since October 2024, focusing on corporate sustainability and quality management. Previously, Veronique held the position of Head of Learning & Change at ManoMano from July 2022 to October 2024, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and develop a learning organization during times of growth. Additional experience includes roles as Directrice de Mémoires at ESSEC Business School, Associée at resiliences, and Fondatrice at CatalyOse, specializing in organizational transformation, collaborative practices, and training development. Veronique's career also features significant contributions at Arkadin as EMEA Training Manager and Global Accounts Manager, where Veronique drove sales and training initiatives across multiple countries. Veronique holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Intelligence Collective.
