Phillip McMullan FLPI is a Director of Learning Design at Babington, responsible for driving growth and sustainability through designing commercially viable, engaging content. Previously, Phillip held roles as Learning And Development Specialist at Centrica and Learning and Development Manager at British Gas Metering Operations. With a BSc Honours in Human Biology from Leeds Beckett University, Phillip has a strong background in training development and design.
