Phil Kim

Phil Kim is an accomplished academic currently serving as an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Babson College since August 2014. Prior to this role, Phil Kim contributed to the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Management and Human Resources from 2006 to August 2014. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained between 2001 and 2006, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Management and Materials Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1994.
