Phyllis Speen

Phyllis Speen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and business development. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member and Coach & Mentor for the Babson College Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership since February 2020, Phyllis plays a key role in mentoring young women in their professional journeys. Additionally, Phyllis operates as a Momanger at Shop The Cue, a fashion and home goods accessory startup, and contributes as an Advisor, Judge, and Mentor for MassChallenge, supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. With a strong academic background, including a BSBA in Marketing from Babson College and a Certificate in Graphic Arts Management from Northeastern University, Phyllis has also held various positions at Babson College as a Guest Instructor and has previously worked with companies such as Goldman Sachs and IBM.
