Donald Pounds

Donald Pounds is currently the Inventory Control and QA Operations Manager at Babylist. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Transportation and Contract Warehousing Operations at Blue Diamond Growers for over five years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the transportation network and process improvement initiatives that kept the operation running smoothly.

Before joining Blue Diamond Growers, Donald Pounds was a Production Supervisor II at DS Waters of America for four years. In this role, they supervised the production team and ensured that quality standards were met.

Donald Pounds began their career as a Cereal Plant Team Leader II at General Mills Inc. In this role, they led a team of workers in the cereal plant and helped with production.

Donald Pounds has a B.S. in Environmental Design from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Project Management from American InterContinental University. Donald is certified in HACCP & Food Safety from the Safe Quality Foods Institute and SQF Practicioner from the Safe Quality Foods Institute.
