Jamie Alessio

Jamie Alessio is an engineering manager at Babylist. Prior to joining Babylist, Jamie was the director of software engineering at UrbanFootprint, responsible for building software for sustainable decision-making. Jamie has also worked as a senior devops engineer at HERE, a Nokia business, and as a software engineer and team lead at Telmate. Jamie began their career as an energy efficiency program manager / web developer at QuEST before becoming a web developer at Firmseek and then a programmer/analyst at the University of California Office of the President and ESC Entertainment.

Jamie Alessio has a Bachelor of Science in Energy Management and Design from Sonoma State University and is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Tech.

A direct report to Jamie Alessio is and Nicholas Suski - Senior Software Engineer. Jamie Alessio reports to TJ Moretto, VP of Engineering. They work with Vivek Patel - Software Engineer, Katie Pennachio - Software Engineer, and Hugues Bernet-Rollande - Software Engineer.
