Josh Woods

Josh Woods is the current Director of Inbound Operations at Babylist. Prior to their current position, they held various positions at Blue Diamond Growers, DS Waters of America, and General Mills Inc.

Woods began their career as a Cereal Plant Team Leader II at General Mills Inc in March 2007. Josh was promoted to Production Supervisor II at DS Waters of America in November 2008 and then to Supply Chain Process Manager at Blue Diamond Growers in September 2012. In July 2016, they were again promoted, this time to Director-Transportation and Contract Warehousing Operations at Blue Diamond Growers, where they remained until January 2022.

Woods has been praised for their ability to utilize a multi-faceted toolbox of leadership, strategic, and technical expertise. Josh's engagement and cross functional solutions have been critical to their success in each of their previous positions.

Josh Woods has a B.S. in Environmental Design from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Project Management from American InterContinental University. Josh also has certification from the Safe Quality Foods Institute in SQF Practicioner.
