Juan Carlos Salazar serves as the Group CEO of URBOP since January 2015, where Juan Carlos oversees significant developments in the real estate sector. As a founding partner, Juan Carlos also holds the title of Director de Mercados at URBOP. In addition to these roles, Juan Carlos is a member of the Board of Directors at BAC Credomatic and serves as President of ANACOVI since January 2019. Previously, Juan Carlos was a professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín from February 2016 to December 2019, focusing on Real Estate Market Research, and served as Director for FHA Guatemala from February 2017 to March 2019, representing the Government of Guatemala. As the owner of Inspecciones Globales from January 2001 until February 2015, Juan Carlos built a substantial foundation in the sector. Juan Carlos holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and a degree in Marketing from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
