Idoia Basterretxea

Idoia Basterretxea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and board roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Mutualidad and participating in the Audit Committee, Idoia also occupies senior advisory positions at BESTINVER and the Bilbao Stock Exchange, both since 2020. Additionally, Idoia has been a board member at Ninety One since 2019, and previously held the role of Senior Partner at Fidentiis Gestion until 2020, as well as Deputy General Director at Norbolsa S.V. A strong academic foundation includes a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Deusto.
