Head Of Logistics Operations at Bacardi

Anna Safonova has a diverse work experience in logistics and customer service roles. Anna started their career in 2003 as an Import and Customer Service Manager at the Russian Representation of "Partners A/S" in Denmark, where they were involved in negotiations with clients, customer service work in the field of transport and logistic services, and organization and forwarding of multimodal transport orders. In 2007, they joined DHL as a Key Account Manager of the Aerospace Industry. Anna then moved on to LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in 2008, where they held various roles including Import and Certification Manager and eventually became the Head of Customer Service. During their time at LVMH, they implemented reforms that resulted in an increase in customer service level and optimized the order to cash process. Since 2017, Anna Safonova has been working at Bacardi, initially serving as the Logistics & Customer Collaboration Manager and currently holding the position of Head of Logistics Operations.

Anna Safonova received their Diploma with Honor in English and German Linguistics from Samara State Pedagogical University from 1995 to 2000. In 1998, they also obtained a Diploma of Spoken English from Trinity College London.
