Caty Grzymajlo serves as the North America Strategy, Insights, & Analytics Leader at Bacardi, and previously held the position of Brand Insights Director. Prior to Bacardi, Caty was the Senior Director of Consumer Insights and Shopper Marketing at Nature's Variety and the Senior Director of Consumer Strategy and Insights at Anheuser-Busch. Additional experience includes serving as VP Director of Integrated Insights for Kraft Foods at Starcom MediaVest Group and as VP of New Business Development & Insight Strategist at Illumination Research. Caty Grzymajlo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
