Colette van Slooten-Leerink

Colette van Slooten-Leerink is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Bacardi since December 2001, currently serving as Global Director of HR Systems. In this role, Colette is responsible for setting the strategic direction of HR systems, including Workday, and leads the global HRIS team in the design and implementation of information solutions that enhance the employee experience. Previous positions held at Bacardi include Interim HR Director for Eastern Europe, HR Lead for Global Travel Retail, Senior Manager of HR Systems, and HR Director for Eastern Europe. Colette's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Quest International, managing HR for 450 employees. Educational qualifications include an MA in International Business Communication from Utrecht University, an MA in HR from the College of Europe, and further education at IESE Business School.
