Ignacio Vazquez Guerra has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Ignacio started their career as a Summer Intern at Bank Audi in 1997. Following that, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant from 2000 to 2002.

In 2004, they joined Diageo, where they held various positions including Senior Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and eventually Global Brand Manager for Captain Morgan Rum.

Moving on, in 2007, they became the Marketing Manager at Codfarmers until 2009.

Ignacio then joined Philips Consumer Lifestyle, where they held positions such as Senior Category Manager, Senior Business Unit Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe, and finally, Marketing Director for Nordics.

Since 2014, Ignacio has been working at Bacardi, starting as the Global Marketing Manager for Vodka and subsequently taking on the role of Global Brand Director for Martini. Ignacio then became the Regional Vice President of Marketing for Latin America & Caribbean.

Currently, they hold the position of Global Marketing Director for Travel Retail at Bacardi.

Ignacio Vazquez Guerra has a diverse education history. In 1995, they began their undergraduate studies in Economics at Universidad CEU San Pablo, which they completed in 2000. In 2002, Ignacio pursued further education at IESE Business School and obtained an MBA in General Management in 2004. Continuing their education, they attended Squared Online in 2014 to enhance their skills in Digital Marketing. Finally, in 2016, Ignacio attended Harvard Business School, where they completed an Executive Leadership Program with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
