Juan Pro

Juan Pro has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director Tech, Global Operations, Americas at Bacardi. Juan previously worked as a Senior Technology Lead, Integrated Business Planning at Bacardi as well. Before joining Bacardi, they owned their own consulting business called P&J Consulting. Prior to that, Juan held various roles at GSK, including Corporate Director and Manager positions in supply chain planning, financial forecasting, integrated business planning, and demand management. Juan also served as the LATAM HUB Demand Planning Director Rx & Cx, where they created and managed a planning hub for Andean markets. Additionally, Juan has experience as a Treasurer and Credit and Collection Manager, as well as a Financial Planning Manager.

Juan Pro has a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master's degree in Economist from Universidad Ricardo Palma. Juan also holds a Bachelor of Economy degree from Universidad Ricardo Palma. Additionally, they have studied Finance & Budgetary Management with a focus on Business Planning at ESAN Graduate School Of Business.
