Kristin Hesterlee

Kristin Hesterlee is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in benefits administration and analysis. Currently serving as an HR Generalist in Benefits Administration at Bacardi since November 2013, Kristin supports the HR Manager by managing employee benefits and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k programs, while also handling compliance issues related to FMLA and time and attendance.
