Mike Cheong is an accomplished beverage industry professional with extensive experience leading various roles in hospitality management. Currently serving as Advocacy Lead for Bacardi in Southeast Asia, Levant, and Turkey, as well as Trade Ambassador in Singapore, Mike has consistently demonstrated excellence in beverage cost management and guest experience ratings. Notable achievements include recognition as Asia’s Grand Champion for multiple cocktail competitions and significant increases in beverage sales and guest traffic across various establishments. With a background in managing operations at esteemed venues such as W Singapore Sentosa Cove and Oysterbar Singapore, Mike combines creative menu development with a keen focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. Mike holds a degree in Leisure & Resorts Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
