Rajat Poddar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in revenue management and financial strategy across various regions and industries. Currently serving as Finance Director (Revenue Management) at Bacardi since April 2015, Rajat has successfully built a robust revenue growth management community, implemented a comprehensive five-pillar RGM strategy, and led strategic market assessments across key markets in Africa and Southeast Asia. With previous roles as Head of Revenue Growth for AMEA & Global Travel Retail and as Regional Finance Controller for the Middle East & Africa, Rajat has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, performance management, and distributor management. Rajat's career also includes significant positions at Emirates Leisure Retail, Wipro Technologies, British Petroleum, and D K Bondia & Co., complemented by a strong educational background, including a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
