Steven Underwood

Steven Underwood has extensive experience in quality and sustainability management in the beverage industry. Steven most recently worked at Bacardi as the OC Safety Quality & Sustainability Lead, where they were responsible for managing a team of professionals and implementing best practices and standards throughout multiple locations in the USA and Canada. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Corporate Quality Programs at Kellogg Company. Steven also held positions at Refresco North America, The Coca-Cola Company, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they held various roles in quality assurance and compliance management.

Steven Underwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Ball State University, where they attended from 1974 to 1978. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Having Difficult Conversations" and "Delivering Bad News Effectively" from LinkedIn in 2019.
