Gustavo Vieira da Silva has extensive experience in production management and quality control within the food industry. Currently serving as Gerente de produção at Bacio di Latte since February 2021, Gustavo oversees production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control, while also managing supervisors and production leaders to ensure product standards. Prior to this, Gustavo held various roles at La Serenisima from 2006 to 2019, including Coordenador Industrial and Coordenador de Produção, responsible for production, maintenance, and quality assurance across multiple product lines. Gustavo began a career at Cosan as Supervisor de Controles Químicos, managing laboratory processes and a large team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Business Management with a focus on Agrobusiness from USP and a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa, complemented by language studies in English from The Montreal International of Language Arts.
