Gaëtan Kaczmarek

Gaëtan KACZMAREK has a diverse work experience. Gaëtan currently holds the position of Lead Account Management Central Europe - Responsable Commercial et Qualité Marketplace at Back Market since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Cdiscount from 2014 to 2020, where they held multiple roles including Responsable qualité Marketplace, Data analyst Marketplace, and Ingénieur commercial Fulfilment. In 2013, they worked as a Chargé d'étude marketing at ERDF, and in 2012, they were an Assistant ingénieur logistique at Saft. Gaëtan also has experience as a Chercheur R&D at Tata Steel in 2011.

Gaëtan KACZMAREK's education history begins in 2005 when they graduated from Lycée Henri Bergson with a Baccalauréat Scientifique, specializing in Mathematics and earning a Mention Bien. In 2008, they attended Prépa Henri Bergson, where they studied Classe préparatoire scientifique - MPSI (Maths, Physique, Sciences de l'Ingénieur). From 2009 to 2012, Gaëtan studied at Mines Douai, earning a degree in Ingénieur des mines with a focus on Optimisation et automatisation des processus industriels. In 2013, they attended Audencia, where they pursued a Master double diplôme Ingénieur-Manager in Gestion de la relation client. That same year, they also participated in the Summer school at the University of Cincinnati, focusing on Business Strategy & Project Management.
