Jordon Rose

Jordon Rose is a seasoned professional specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Specialist at Back Market since November 2023, Jordon also fulfills the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Innerlytic, where responsibilities include leveraging analytics to address bias in business and society. Previous roles include participation in the Yale School of Management's CARE Council for Anti-Racism and Equity, leadership positions in the Black Business Association and Out of Office, and a fellowship with the Center of Business and Environment. Jordon's earlier career includes positions at Kearney as an Associate in Leadership Change and Organization and as a DEI and Human Resources Coordinator at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company. Jordon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Psychology from Howard University, and an honorary diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Central High School.
