Melanie Wieder has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2014, they volunteered for the Journées du Patrimoine. In 2014, they also worked as a Conservatrice at the Cimetière Militaire Allemand. In 2015, they were a Conseillère en séjour at the Office de tourisme de la Baie du Cotentin for a 3-week internship. In 2015 and 2016, they worked as an Animatrice at Les Vergers de Romilly and as an Hôtesse d'accueil at the Normandy Tank Museum. In 2017, they completed a 6-month internship as a Guide et Médiatrice Culturelle at Chateau du Rivau where they conducted guided tours and managed social media communication. In 2018, they worked as a Guide-conférencière at Seine Normandie Agglomération. In 2019, they worked as a Guide-conférencière / Accompagnatrice groupe at l'Allemagne à la carte. Starting in 2020, Melanie joined eKonsilio - Marketing Conversationnel as a conseillère automobile en ligne germanophone and Back Market as a Social Media Customer Delight Manager. In February 2022, they transitioned to the role of Training and Quality Manager Germany at Back Market.

Melanie Wieder's education history starts with their completion of the Brevet des Collèges at Collège Jean Rostand from 2008 to 2011. Melanie then attended Lycée Robert de Luzarches from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Baccalauréat et Abitur in Literature. From 2014 to 2016, Melanie pursued a BTS in Tourism at Lycée Bon Sauveur. Melanie later attended Université d'Angers and obtained a degree in Guide conférencier in 2017.

Additionally, Melanie obtained several certifications, including the Carte Professionnelle de Guide-Conférencier from the Ministère de la Culture in December 2017, and the Licence Professionnelle de Guide-Conférencier in October 2017. In 2016, they received a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Tourism. Melanie also completed the E-learning ATOUT France certification in December 2015. Melanie achieved the Abibac (baccalauréat franco-allemand) in July 2014. Furthermore, they obtained DELF Niveau B2 in 2011 and DELF Niveau A2 in 2009.
