Donnesha McBride,MPS

Donnesha McBride has a diverse work experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Donnesha currently serves as the Program Director at Back on My Feet. Prior to this, they worked at City Year as an Impact Manager, where they supervised and coached AmeriCorps members and developed partnerships to meet service impact goals. Donnesha also worked as a Student Life Counselor at The SEED School of Miami, where they developed and implemented initiatives for high school students and assessed student achievement. Additionally, they served as an Interventionist at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where they designed and implemented curriculum strategies to improve academic achievement. Donnesha began their career as an Intern at City Year-Miami, where they assisted in developing and implementing training programs. Donnesha also worked as a Team Leader and Americorps Member at City Year, where they provided tutoring, mentoring, and leadership in after-school programs for high school students. Donnesha's work experience demonstrates their expertise in program management, partnership development, curriculum design, and student support.

Donnesha McBride,MPS pursued their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Sociology from Penn State University between 2012 and 2016. Donnesha then completed their Master's of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Education Policy Reform from Penn State University in 2018. Currently, they are enrolled at Barry University, where they are expected to earn a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree by 2023. The field of study for their PhD is not provided.
