Rick Moore

Rick Moore has extensive experience in youth development and ministry, currently serving as the Coaching, Projects & Facilities Coordinator at Back2Back Ministries since December 2018. In this role, Rick developed and implemented coaching principles for vulnerable youth, trained mentors and volunteers, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to support students' holistic development. Previously, Rick held various pastoral positions, including Youth Development Coordinator at Back2Back Cincinnati, Small Groups Pastor, and Pastor to Students at Foundation Community Church, as well as Trenton Campus Pastor at Community Christian Church. Rick's earlier roles as Youth Pastor at First Christian Church of Huber Heights and Pleasant View Christian Church further established a solid foundation in youth ministry. Rick is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Ministry.
