Andy Ralston

Andy Ralston has a diverse work experience with a focus on marketing and editorial roles. Andy is currently working as the Marketing Director at Backbone Media, LLC since July 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Associate Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Business Development Manager in the same company. Before joining Backbone Media, LLC, they served as the Board President at Aspen Cycling Club from October 2016 to December 2021. Andy was also the Managing Editor at Aspen Music Festival and School from December 2014 to April 2018. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelance Copyeditor and held editorial roles at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. and Oxford University Press. Andy began their career as a Sales Associate at Sid's Bikes, and they have also gained experience as a Music Composition Instructor and Contemporary Music Ensemble Manager at Oberlin College.

Andy Ralston attended Oberlin College from 2007 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in German Studies. During the same period, they also studied at Oberlin Conservatory of Music and obtained a Bachelor of Music (B.M.) in Music Composition. Additionally, Andy completed a program in Strategic Marketing Communications at Kellogg Executive Education. Andy also pursued studies in Copyediting and Proofreading at New York University.
