Srikar Maddi is an accomplished entrepreneur and tech industry leader with a diverse background in founding and directing innovative companies. Currently serving as Founder & Director of WeClan, an elite tech talent house, Srikar also contributes as an Investor & Advisor at BackBone and Director at Cwerky Studio. Previously, Srikar held mentorship roles at Lisnic, ygap, and The University of Queensland, while leading product and partnerships at Kolossus Digital. With a strong foundation in global partnerships and mentorship, Srikar co-founded BlueShark.io, a machine learning platform connecting professionals with mentors, and Club U, a pioneering student portal in Australia. Srikar holds a Master of Business (advanced) from UQ Business School and a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Bangalore University.
