Kristian Habenicht

Kristian Habenicht has a diverse range of work experience in software engineering, front-end development, and design. Kristian is currently working as a Software Engineer at Backbone since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Positive Learning from 2015 until 2020, initially as VP of Technology and Senior Developer and later as a Senior Developer. At Positive Learning, they played a key role in building and managing their front-end platform. Kristian also collaborated closely with management and marketing teams to strategize product improvements. Before their time at Positive Learning, Kristian worked at NutmegEducation.com as a Senior Front End Developer and Designer from 2011 to 2015, where they contributed to the development of an online assessment platform aligned with Common Core State Standards Initiative. Additionally, they owned and managed their freelance business, Kreeaytiv.com, where they worked with clients such as Time Warner, FedEx, and Bakery Square from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they were involved in front-end development and project management at immergent from 2007 to 2010.

Kristian Habenicht obtained a High School Diploma from Bellarmine College Preparatory, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Synthesis at Berklee College of Music from 2000 to 2005.
