Shelby serves as Customer Success Representative for Backbone, where she helps clients after they have instituted the software. She provides customers with essential training, demonstrates new features, and assists with any changes they might need. Shelby is a force of positive energy and enjoys problem solving with customers to help them be successful.

Shelby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University. Outside of Backbone, Shelby enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time at the beach.
