Linda Davis

Linda Davis is currently the VP of Finance at Backbone. Prior to that, they were with GutCheck from February 2014 to June 2021, where they were responsible for monthly financials, annual budgets/monthly forecasts, KPIs, bank/investor relationships, cash flow forecasting, data analytics and process improvements to scale from $0 to $20 million.

Before GutCheck, Linda was with ICG Communications from April 1999 to July 2002 as their Finance Manager. While there, they created and maintained complex financial models used to determine product pricing, profitability projections and trend analysis. Linda also forecasted net present values and cash flow associated with new products. Furthermore, they worked with all levels and divisions of the organization to gather, organize and compile financial costs for telecommunication products. Linda even created ad hoc financial models to support product marketing decisions and strategic business opportunities. Lastly, they developed a capital budget model used for prioritizing business expansion opportunities. The model was based on sales forecast from various business units.

Linda Davis has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University - Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance/Economics from Miami University.

They work with Nicole Torres - VP, Revenue, Amy Sakalian - Head of Client Success, and Andrew Klein - Co-Founder. Their manager is Jeff Fedor, CEO.
