Audrey Carlston

Audrey Carlston is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail, customer service, and administrative roles. Currently serving as Inbound Lead/CSI Associate/Outbound Specialist/Merchandise Processor at Backcountry since April 2021, Audrey manages a team of 30-40 employees to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment. With prior experience as a Camping Associate at Sportsman's Warehouse and various roles in customer service at Vail Resorts and Solitude Mountain Resort, Audrey has developed strong skills in inventory management, customer assistance, and team leadership. Additional roles include Production Administrator at the National Energy Foundation and Administrative Assistant at the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office. Audrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government/International Relations from the University of Utah and an Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College.
