Kelley Fitzpatrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the outdoor sports industry. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer for Bike Softgoods at Backcountry since August 2022, Kelley previously held key positions such as MTB Sales Manager for Key Accounts at Fox Racing and various managerial roles at POC, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar sales budgets and fostering retailer relationships. Kelley’s background also encompasses facilitation roles in military and group retreats at the National Ability Center and brand ambassadorships, alongside a solid foundation in customer experience and sales from early ventures at Sun Valley Resort and Franz Family Bakery. A graduate of The College of Idaho with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Kelley combines a strong educational background with robust industry expertise.
