J. Michael Finch

J. Michael Finch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and analysis. Currently serving as a Trip Leader at Backroads since April 2024 and a Ski Instructor in Park City since December 2023, Finch has also held roles as an Acquisition Specialist at Apartment Ventures from January 2021 to August 2023, and as a Market Research Associate at Green Street from June 2020 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes a Financial Analyst Intern position at Apartment Ventures in the summer of 2019. J. Michael Finch holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business (2016-2020) and attended The London School of Economics and Political Science for summer courses on Alternative Investments & Fixed Income Securities in 2018. Additionally, Finch graduated from The Thacher School in 2016.
