Bridget Findlay

Bridget Findlay has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bridget began their career in 1996 at Verizon as a Manager. In this role, they received the Verizon Gold Circle Award for their role as the Sell One More Channel Manager. Bridget also developed and implemented a multi-faceted recognition program for a team of 14,000 and delivered key strategic messages by producing monthly webcast video presentations. In 2002, they became a Manager of Operations at Verizon and lead the operation of an engineering team.

In 2012, Findlay moved to NetWolves where they served as the System Engineering Manager. In this role, they supervised and lead engineers and network architects who were responsible for designing network solutions and maintaining customer equipment. Bridget was also responsible for day to day operations of three functional areas; Sales Engineering, System Engineering and Professional and Managed services.

In 2016, Findlay began working at Frontier Communications as a Supervisor - Access Engineering Center. In this role, they supervised a 24X5 center and was responsible for designing DSx, Message/E911 trunking, OCx, Sonet, DWDM and Ethernet broadband and virtual circuits associated with all customer and network orders.

Findlay's most recent role is at Backstage Networks, where they have been the Project Manager Program Management Office since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for day to day operational functions to assist in management of the business, developing and implementing best practices in the back office, pre/post sales all the way through post-event. Bridget is also responsible for managing complex projects and managing internal and external staff members, vendors and partners.

Overall, Bridget Findlay has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked in various roles at Verizon, NetWolves, Frontier Communications, and Backstage Networks.
