Bennett Killough has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2020, they served as the Editor-in-chief of The Pub Academic Journal, where they led a team in publishing a biannual academic journal, managing various responsibilities such as submission selection and copy editing. In 2021, Bennett worked as a Sales Associate at Hoelterhoff Nursery, where they developed customer service and project management skills, as well as honed their horticultural knowledge and work ethic. Bennett then became an English Department Teaching Assistant at Wheaton College, where they improved departmental productivity by creating a digital database of syllabi and handled correspondence for the department. In 2022, they joined the Bartlett Public Library District as a Youth Services Associate, delivering projects and events for the department and providing reference assistance to library patrons. Currently, Bennett works at Backstop Solutions Group as a Client Care Specialist, where they document and analyzes support requests, coordinates with the development team for software improvements, and develops digital tools and documentation.
