Kristen Schelling

Kristen Schelling is an experienced professional in the aviation and hospitality industries, currently serving as a Flight Attendant at Southwest Airlines since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen worked at BackSwing Golf Events as a Golfer and held various positions at Paychex, including Business Consultant for Bank Centric and New Business Sales from September 2020 to February 2022. Kristen has a strong background with Southwest Airlines, having previously worked as a Customer Representative and participated in the Emerging Leadership Development Program from February 2016 to September 2020. Additionally, Kristen worked as an Event Ambassador at Topgolf from August 2014 to May 2017. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Sport Management with a focus on Sport Communication from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
