Jose Nuñez Peralta

Jose Nuñez Peralta is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance and operations management. Currently serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Backus since August 2017, Jose has held multiple key roles within the company, including Plant Maintenance Planning Specialist, Operations Supervisor, and Maintenance Engineer. Prior to Backus, Jose worked at POWER Maquinaria y repuestos as Jefe de Servicio Postventa and gained valuable experience at GyM S.A. and STRACON GyM in various engineering and maintenance positions. Jose holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Sciences Management from The University of Queensland, a professional title in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from Universidad Católica de Santa María, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
