Melissa Gillis

Melissa Gillis is an experienced attorney specializing in family law and residential real estate transactions. Since March 2007, Melissa has worked at Bacon Wilson, where responsibilities include handling all aspects of family law and real estate. Prior to this role, Melissa practiced at Morisi & O’Connell from August 2000 to March 2007, managing a diverse caseload in family law, civil litigation, and real estate, as well as engaging in extensive client communication and court appearances. Melissa's legal career began as a law clerk at Santaniello, Posnik & Basile, P.C. and Cooley Shrair, P.C., focusing on civil litigation and law-related research. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Elms College.
