Tina Westdahl

Tina Westdahl's most recent work experience includes being the Global HR Director at Bactiguard AB since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HR Manager at the same company from April 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Bactiguard AB, Tina worked at Netlight Consulting AB as an HR Manager from October 2015 to April 2021 and as an HR Business Partner from August 2013 to April 2021. Tina'searlier experience includes working as an HR Administrator at IBM from January 2012 to July 2013 and at Addici as an HR Administrator responsible for creating an equality plan and equality policy from May 2011 to July 2011. Tina's first role was as a Receptionist at Ernst & Young, where they were responsible for front desk operations and developing processes from August 2008 to August 2010.

Tina Westdahl earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Linköping University from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they also studied at La Trobe University in the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law. Additionally, they participated in an exchange project in Thailand focused on sustainable entrepreneurship at CIU (Centre for International Youth Exchange) in 2008.
