Ludovic Piquerez

Ludovic Piquerez serves as the Customer Success Director Worldwide at Bacula Systems since April 2012, leading a team focused on ensuring customer success through technical support, pre-sales, software quality assurance, documentation management, and IT services. Previously, Ludovic held positions as Support Director at Bacula Systems, and Owner of Maya Connection, an IT services business. Ludovic has extensive experience in IT management across various companies, including Caris Life Sciences and Sapristi Studio, where responsibilities included infrastructure implementation and enhancing performance in demanding environments. Educationally, Ludovic holds a Master's degree in Sociology, Political Science, and Anthropology from the University of Lausanne, a Baccalauréat in Management Computer Science from HEIG-VD, and a CFC in Electronics from EHMP.
