Ali Almarshadi

Ali Almarshadi, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Care at Badael Company, overseeing HR operations, payroll, employee services, and government relations since January 2024. Previously, Ali held roles at ROSHN, including Head of Talent Care and Associate Director of HR Services, focusing on employee relations and payroll. Experience also includes serving as Employee Relations & Payroll Manager at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, Talent Acquisition Manager at TASNEE, and various HR positions at Maaden and Saudi Electricity Company. Ali holds a Foundation degree in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from King Faisal University.
