Chief Operator Process Train at Badak LNG

Muammar Ammar has a diverse work experience in the field of plant operation and control. Muammar began their career at PT.Samsir Karya P as a Technician in 2001, where they worked on DCS retrofit projects for PT.Badak LNG. In 2002, they joined Badak LNG as a Field Operator Plant, where they were responsible for plant troubleshooting, data management, pump operation, and advisory on utility plant issues. Muammar also operated and controlled various plants and systems such as water treatment, nitrogen-producing, boiler, cooling water supply, sewage treatment, and community water supply. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operator Process Train, further showcasing their expertise and leadership in the field.

Muammar Ammar's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Bontang East Borneo. Muammar pursued a degree in Industri Chemistry and completed their studies in 1999. In 1999, they also attended Balai Latihan Kerja Samarinda, where they obtained a degree in Instrument Teknisi. Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, Muammar Ammar attended Politeknik Negeri Samarinda, where they earned a degree in Teknik Kimia (Chemical Engineering).
